Step 1. Intake call- During the intake process we will gather information about your loved one and answer any questions or concerns for the family.
Step 2. In-home assessment- Our in-home assessment is conducted with your loved one's needs, abilities and safety in mind. During this time, we'll gather information about their physical abilities, cognitive functions, daily living activities, and medications. From there a care plan is formed.
Step 3. Meet caregivers- Before the start of care we'll schedule a time for you and your family to meet your caregiver. This meet is to not only ensure that the caregiver is a good fit for your family, but also that your loved one is seeing a familiar face at the start of care.

WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COMPANION AND PERSONAL CARE?
personal care focuses on physical assistance, while companion care focuses on companion and emotional support.
There's no obligations or contracts; service can be cancelled at your discretion.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO START CARE?
The start of care can vary if waiting on prior approval from insurance or Medicaid. If there's no wait on approval care an start as soon as the in-home assessment is complete.
I LIVE OUT OF TOWN, WILL I GET UPDATE ON MY LOVED ONE?
Weekly updates for the family of our patients are common and can be requested to be added to the care plan.
HOW MUCH DOES HOMECARE COST?
